The Register of Record Holders is an information system designed for the registration and accounting of information provided for by the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Technical work is currently underway to launch the Register of Record Holders. Upon completion of the technical work and launch of the Register, registration and entry of relevant information into the Register will be carried out in the established order:
- on incidents involving personal data;
- on inspections of compliance by record holders and processors with the provisions of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as on mandatory decisions issued based on the results of inspections;
- on liability for violations in the field of personal data.
Purpose of the Register
The Register ensures centralized accounting and systematization of information on cases of violation of legal requirements in the field of personal data, results of inspections conducted, and measures taken.
Maintaining the Register is aimed at improving the effectiveness of state control and supervision in the field of personal data protection, ensuring proper compliance with legal requirements, as well as forming a unified information base on identified violations and response measures.
