On 20 July 2022, the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA), Ambassador Igli Hasani, Economic Advisor Ms. Eni Gjergji, and acting Regional Development Advisor Stein Svaanen met with the leadership and the team of the State Personal Data Protection Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the meeting, Nuria Kutnaeva, director of the Agency, told about the steps taken by the Kyrgyz Republic to create a personal data protection system in the country.

In addition, the parties exchanged opinions about the current state and prospects for cooperation in the field of personal data protection.
