Agency employees, along with 70 other state employees, completed the Digital Sustainability advanced training program. It consisted of several courses: "Cyber Security", "Data Privacy" and "Continuity of Operations and Recovery of Operations".

“Constant learning and acquiring knowledge of new technologies, digital skills is no longer a challenge of the times, but an important component of the professional profile of a state employee,” said Nuria Kutnaeva. – The speed of change in the digital age is colossal, knowledge quickly becomes obsolete. Being in the flow of up-to-date information is an urgent need for digital experts and government officials implementing initiatives for the digital transformation of the country. Digitization brings not only new opportunities, but also challenges. And, above all, these are challenges to protect the personal data of our citizens.”

The training was implemented as part of the Leaders in Digital Resilience project. The program was run by the University of Central Asia (UCA) in partnership with the World Bank.
